We Start with a Free Consultation Call
Before anything else, we get on a call. We want to understand your business, how you work, and what kind of support would actually make a difference for you. Just an honest conversation to determine if we're the right fit. No formal preparation required.

We Send You Hand-Selected Candidates
After we discuss what you’re looking for, we go to work reaching out to the assistants on our team who we feel will be the best fit. We then send you a curated selection of hand-picked candidates who align with your needs, work style, and goals.
3.
You Interview and Choose Your Assistant
We schedule interviews with the candidates you want to meet. You talk to them, get a feel for how they work, and make the final call. This is your decision, not ours. We're here to facilitate, not assign.
4.
Kickoff Call and You’re Off
Once you've chosen your assistant, they'll reach out to schedule a kickoff call with you. This is where you walk them through your business, share access to tools and accounts, and get everything set up. From there, your assistant is ready to hit the ground running.

We also offer delegation brainstorming calls to help you continuously find new ways to maximize your assistant’s support.
