My path to Your Assistant Solution wasn't exactly a straight line. I studied theatre at Northwestern University, and somewhere between rehearsals and performances, I discovered I had a passion for the behind-the-scenes work that keeps businesses running.
Since then, I’ve worked as a virtual, administrative, personal, and executive assistant, office and practice manager, operations lead, and outreach director, for all kinds of businesses: solo and group mental health practices, small businesses, startups, nonprofits, and large companies. That variety taught me something most VA agencies miss: a solo therapist starting out needs completely different support than a nonprofit, and neither looks anything like a startup trying to scale. There's no one-size-fits-all version of support.
I’m especially drawn to supporting mental health practices, having spent years working alongside providers and seeing up close how much administrative work can pile up on people who are already giving so much to their clients. I stay personally involved with every client relationship at Your Assistant Solution, making sure the support you get is as thoughtful as the work you do.
